What are your return policies?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the product. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.
The product must be returned in approximately the same condition as when received. Once we have received and inspected the return, we will refund the purchase price in accordance with applicable regulations. Any costs for return shipping must be covered by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
Please contact us if you wish to return the item, and we will assist you with the further procedure.
Can the vest be washed?
Yes, the electricity is waterproof and the vest can be safely washed in washing machines. NB: Do not tumble dry
What is the delivery time?
